Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
WildBloom Skin ships to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
WildBloom Skin is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
WildBloom Skin is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
WildBloom Skin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
